Since we were established in 2004 (Formerly known as SS Exel communication consultancy), Pentaa Consultancy has helped hundreds of business to do that. Mdm.Sharmmila, Managing Director
Mdm.Sharmmila has vast experience in the field of Human Resource Management and training. Application skill and Management skill, particularly in skills related to corporate industries and service organizations. She has also been a lecturer in private colleges, teaching both foreign and local standards. She received her Diploma in Human Resource Management from ICM UK , has a certificate in Chartered Institute of Marketing UK and thereafter her Masters in Business Administrations from Preston University,USA. Certified NLP Practitioneer & Coach.
She specializes in the areas of Leadership Skills, Customer Delight, Business Strategy, People Development Skill for all levels and Corporate Coaching. She is a dynamic speaker and trainer armed with 22 years of experience. Acclaimed as a Strategist and Marketer, she had her secondary and tertiary education in Malaysia and USA. She started her Training and Consulting career sixteen years ago and have trained in Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei and Indonesia.
She is a Malaysian Team Coach of Leadership in Motion, USA where she uses the latest Action Reflection Learning™ principles, processes and tools to coach clients’ teams and provide insights about shared leadership, teamwork, consulting, coaching, project management, themselves and organization/clients. These very same principles, processes and tools can be cascaded throughout the entire organization and create a culture of shared leadership and high performance teamwork resulting in increased engagement, productivity and profitability.
Formerly working with the largest local conglomerate in Malaysia.These valuable corporate experiences and international exposures have given Sharmmila a competitive edge by moulding her outlook of businesses, being able to see things clearly from a “big picture” perspective, and holds the key qualities of any visionary leader.
Sharmmila is well-known as the Edutainer where she combines entertainment and education to make learning more fun, effective and entertaining. She is the Master Designer and Trainer for Smart Life Skills that consists of 20 modules using the latest NLP and Coaching approach to bring out the best in individuals.
Thousands of participants have gained from her varied practical experiences and lives have been changed because of her commitment and enthusiasm to “Modelling and Inspiring a Shared Vision towards Teamwork that makes the Dream Work!”. She has also just launched her R.A.R.E Profiling, a 4-trait guide to future-proof ourselves: Resilience, Adaptability, Resourcefulness and Engagement.
For the last 16 years, Sharmmila has been involved in a variety of change initiatives within multinational corporations and local organizations around the world including merger integration, leadership development, team development, culture change, organizational alignment, human resource development and team coach development. Roberto, Director
Roberto, an Italian national and alumnus of Cornell School of Hotel Administration, has three decades of experience in the hospitality industry in operations, asset management, pre opening and opening, re-branding and development.
His career has taken him on key assignments of progressively increased responsibility with a variety of hospitality groups such as InterContinental Hotels Group, Hilton International, Sun International, Sun Resorts, Kerzner International / One&Only, SuperClubs, Meritus Hotels & Resorts, Grace Hotels, Latitude Hotels and Cygnett Hotels & Resorts across Europe, Middle East, Indian Ocean, Caribbean, Southeast Asia, China, North, Central and Latin America, Africa, India and Central Asia.
Currently based between Kuala Lumpur – Malaysia, Dubai – United Arab Emirates, Kigali – Rwanda and Luanda – Angola, Roberto functions as Consultant / Advisor to the Executive Chairman / Board of Directors and as Director of Asset Management, Business Development and Operations for two Private Family Offices - with significant businesses in a variety of domains – for their hospitality, leisure and residential assets division in various African countries and the Middle East.
Shiivanii, Administrative Executive
Shiivanii serves as the Administrative Executive at Pentaa Advantage Consultancy, bringing over three years of dedicated experience in enhancing the company's digital presence and streamlining administrative operations. With a Diploma in Mass Communication and ongoing pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in the same field, Shiivanii combines creative insight with strong organizational skills to support the company's growth.
In this multifaceted role, she leads the design and upkeep of the company website, manages social media platforms to boost audience engagement, edits proposals and key documents to ensure clarity and professionalism, and oversees daily administrative functions essential to efficient office operations.
